Hello PMF Family!

We are thrilled to welcome you all back. We’ve missed you oh so much. Due to COVID-19, we implemented new protocols to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and team members. We want to make sure you continue to have a wonderful PMF experience and ask that you help us by following a few safety guidelines listed below. We look forward to having you!

  • We will continue to adhere to our strict sanitary guidelines. In addition, all common areas will be wiped down every 30 minutes.

  • Acrylic barriers have been installed at all manicure stations and reception desks.

  • All customers are required to wear a face covering while in our salons and during their services.

  • Hand Sanitizer will be made available at reception to use upon check in. Please do not touch polish bottles. If you need assistance picking a color, please ask your manicurist.  

  • Customers will have their temperature taken at check in with a non-contact digital forehead thermometer. Customers with a temperature above 100 degrees will be asked to reschedule their appointment for a later time.

  • Customers will be required to complete a Health Declaration Form before their appointment.

  • We have installed air purifiers in our salons with HEPAsilent technology that captures at least 99.97% of airborne particles down to 0.1 microns in size.

  • Services will be by appointment only. If you would like to book a last minute appointment, please visit our website or call one of our locations to check availability.

  • We will not be serving any beverages at this time. We ask that you not bring any outside food or beverage to your appointment.

  • There will be markers placed throughout our salons to assist in social distancing practices.

  • Please arrive to your appointment alone. Due to limited seating in our salons, we cannot accommodate anyone not receiving a service.

  • Our waiting room will be unavailable. Once you arrive for your appointment, please text the front staff and they will notify you when your manicurist is ready.

  • We encourage the use of Apple Pay to avoid exchanging payment and minimize surface contact.

  • If you experience frequent cough, fever, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, headaches, sore throat, or recent loss of taste or smell or believe you have been exposed to COVID-19, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
